      It can run in the background, but you cannot minimize it. If you minimize it, the game will stop rendering completely and the bot won't work.
      If you want to do other stuff on your PC while the bot is running, you can easily run the game in windowed mode, and simply have it running in the background.

      I run it windowed, minimized all the time with no issue. if you switch users (windows 8) it stops working.
