Is This Normal? 5/8 72 Hour Suspension (Fresh Accounts)

I feel like blizzard is gunning for me.

Not even 2 weeks ago they banned 13/16 of my diablo bots within 24 hours of creation.

So I decided to deversify and go 8 diablo 8 wow.

All 8 accounts brand spanking new upgraded all the way to MOP, 100% supervision dungeonbuddy to 80 kicks questing to 90.

Not so much as one single whisper from another player on any of the 8.

I hit 90 today with them, get there mop flying, get them to the bank in the new city (Seperate Servers) and begin cleaning bags.

BAM, did my internet just go out? no

banhammer to the face.

I mean I understand that kind of thing with diablo, bad luck + no pay to play = indiscriminate banhammer. (Average Bot Survival 2 - 3 Weeks)

But WoW????

Did I get my research wrong? When I decided to bot this game all my facts pointed to the average bot survival here being 6 - 12 months.

They got me before even beginning to bot.

Note that all 8 accounts were fresh American Retail Sealed Box Copies With Brand New Cd Keys attatched to 8 seperate accounts with 8 seperate informations.

I mean the first suspension isnt a "BIG" deal and Naturally im going to wait untill 1 second after the ban ends and Bot 24/7 hardcore while maniacly laughing into the phone while calling blizzard customer support phone number, I just cant be bothered with tinfoil hats.

And Its just a suspension.

But still...

Wtf, I swear I could bot runescape and get banned in a day.

Yea, get an IP changer. You can buy really expensive ones that change it's apparent "Global position" as well, but I advise you don't go that big unless you're botting 50+ accounts.

 

Good luck, your other 3 accounts are about to get banned too if you botted on them via manual investigation.

 

yea sorry dude ip bans are very hard since they banhammer all accounts on the ip.

And, I dont buy into the IP thing. And you shouldnt either unless you also believe blizzard purposely spares a few of your accounts and "allows" you to bot. Never lost all of my bots at once ever on any game.

I am interested in tinfoiling this though. What is an IP Changer?

I thought only your ISP could assign you a new IP. And I was also under the impression that Mine constantly changes as thats what I was told by my ISP when I forced them to bend the rules and assign different IP's to seperate computers in my house.

If anyone is feeling generous with information I am also interested in the options for changing mac address hardware ID ect.

But I wont virtual machine, I think it is a complete waste of CPU.

 

Kolt how many accounts do you bot on?

Ive said this is other ban threads as well to people who believe V P N's and Virtual Boxes are a waste of CPU use and what not. Thats a load of bullcrap I have 10 accounts all on 1 pc with 5 VB and 5 different IP's in the last 2 years ive had 1 banned while the other ones have had nothing done too them. Its a safer way to do things. But its still down too the button called " Report Player " and play like a human with certain amount of hours and dont get on like clock work.

Now from having 2+ on the same pc with the original IP from my main computer ive had 2 accounts banned only due too the fact they was on the same IP.

Ive also heard of people botting in 1 house with 2+ wow players and they all got a temp ban

So from my 5 years of botting V P N and VB are the way too go.....unless your crappy pc cant handle it lol

 

You need virtual machines so you can assign a different IP to each instance of WoW.

 

Take a look at vmplayer by vmware, it is a free (like virtual machine) vm software and is pretty decent, (IMHO) it is better than virtual machine. find a cheap *** = (virtual private network) service out there and use it.

There is no need to pay for a "really expensive one" that changes global position. All it is, is a ***** service.. which in most cases lag worse than ***s.

No, not all ISPs change their dhcp clients on a daily basis. In matter of fact most cable providers here in the states lease your IP to you for 24 hours, and in most cases release it to you after that has expired.. I have had the same IP on charter for weeks.. the only time it changes for me is when i manually release the lease and renew it within the modem.

"Blizzard can find your exact house number just by your IP" (I have seen this said a few times..)
No, The can see the node closest to your location that your isp uses to deliver your service to you.. but the only way for them to see your direct house number, would be going to your ISP and requesting it.. which again here in the states would require a subpoena, which for "botting" they would not do.. lol

IP bans do not seem fair to me. A poorly configured dorm room at a college could show the same outgoing IP for every room in that dorm, and even if 3 people in that dorm are botting.. they would ban everyone connecting to WoW from that dorm? .. I dont believe that one too much..

HWID (Hardware ID) however, I do believe in. It is very easy for them to see how many accounts log in from the exact same computer.. this is where VM(virtual machines) come in at.. a virtual machine will not have the same hwid as its host computer.. and you can easily use a *** for each instance of a vm that you have going..

...long story short, bot smart. and read guidelines and whatnot.

 

That is what i also say to dumb diablo botters who come crying that their whole farm got banned . Some around here like this guy thinks blizzard is stupid
No link between bots = no way to ban all your farm at once
So if u don't bother with tinfoil theories don't come crying on forums.

And lol at ip changes everyday . Your bots are all still using the same ip at any given time. it doesn't matter you have dynamic ip which might chang

 

They do watch IP/Hardware ID if the person is a repeat offender especially if they have over 5 accounts, I've seen this many times over the years where people with 20 accounts go and buy 10 accounts and get banned within the week.

 

If I question you what is Hardware ID you talk about, the answer will be looong silence!

The answer here is simple - Fresh accounts, aimed to 24/7 action, or even close to 24/7 since day one. Its pretty common sence, from Blizz point of view, isnt it?

If you have some 15min to spend in the Ban section, reading reports, you will realize there is TONS of such reports: People create fresh accounts, powerlevel to 90 with no or minimal downtime and got hit with 72h.

I am 99.99 % sure that is autoflag&ban, triggered on fresh accounts only.

I am free to receive different opinions here, with common logic, of course!

 

lol..another one . any game can detect what hardware you have when u run the game . afterwards they can probably derive an ID, a number from that . is not rocket science and
is not rocket science to build a database with those ids and do searches on them or similar .
if you would take 15 minutes to read the ban section you will see you are speaking none sense because there many different bans some playing 8h or less
