Blizzard has terminated this World of Warcraft license after identifying the usage of bots or other cheat software.

These programs (commonly called cheats, bots, and hacks) automate certain aspects of gameplay, or provide unintended advantages and abilities to the player. This type of cheating undermines other players' experience and severely upsets the balance of the game environment.

is this a perma ban?first time i have got caught.any help greatly appreciated

What were you doing, gathering?

 

Yes,i was Gathering panda herbs and mines,at comp 100% of the time i have used it.Also been playing since beginning of wrath.never any other warnings etc

 

Try to appeal it. Never admit to botting, instead you act dumb and insulted. Worked for me. Also use randombuddy if you want to minimize the risk of getting banned whilst gathering.

 

gatherbuddy on main account - incredibly dumb

also you didnt lose your pets and mounts... just add another wow account to the battlenet.

did you write to blizzard about your ban? and just acted dumb?
or did they just email u and sayd it was only a 72h ban?

 

I put in a appeal ticket,then i went to live chat to clear some things up,and got told i got banned because there was 3rd party automated software found at the time of the incident.I acted dumb but GM just wasnt buying it!THERE NOT VERY NICE,ONCE YOU GET CAUGHT EITHER!
