Key and BuddyAuth issues

Why is my Key Authentication saying failed? I even just purchased a new 1 and same story. Have tried going to BuddyAuth.com but every time I hit login the website errors out. Whats the deal and why did I just waste money thinking my key was bad?

new keys are going - invalid
older keys - maxed sessions

never seen this before, but can someone do something about it, its pretty bad

 

why dont you just kill the sessions in the buddy auth manager?
(For Maxed Session Keys)

 

Because its not a maxed sessions problem...

 

I Belive this mentioned max sessions, i assumed you had the same issue. sorry
