Key Doesn't worked

I purchased 1 Honorbuddy Kex ( fpr 1 Month).
I downloaded HB and started it. After I typed in the key, i found in the e-mail, it sais " authentication failed"..
What's wrong ?

You are having problems communicating with the BosslandGmbH authentication servers. Let's try things in this order:

• Make certain Honorbuddy is an exception to your AntiVirus
• Make certain Honorbuddy is allowed through your Firewall
• Make certain your "hosts" file has not been altered.
  How can I reset the Hosts file back to the default?

If still no joy, please show us a fresh log after trying these things.
