I was just curious, what's your guys recommendation, like are their certain times I shouldn't bot? Also If I get caught once is it over or just a suspension? Should I take the time to make my own profiles? Thanks!
First off, the number one rule, the one commandment you cannot ever ever break, is... DONT BOT WHAT YOU CANT AFFORD TO LOSE! Now that we sorted that out. If you play on EU: avoid huge crowds, crowded areas for longer times. IE dont bot PVP 24/7. Questboting is OK at any time of the day. Grindboting i usally go for at night so not too many players see me. Farming/gathering i got a separate account that i run 24/7 basically. If i lose it its minimal damage. The gold i get from my botting i store in a guildbank. If worse comes to worse, i got my gold in the guildbank and a friend is member there aswell so i can get to it. Use the plugin "logmeout" so if you get stuck it logs out or a player following you. fiddle some with the settings when you are supervising the bot so you get it how you want it. Dont write your own profile, there are people doing it better and safer then you do. If you write your own profile, the is a chance it might screw up and something unintended is happening. When you got some more experience you can start looking at making profiles if you like to write code. Important to note about me is that i bot for my own enjoyment, i like to have gold so i can buy all mounts, buy alot of gear to give to my friends when we raid and so on. I dont make a living of the bot so my tips might differ from someone who lives on it. Also, see this thread: http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...n-reports/26380-guide-avoiding-banhammer.html
