So, I bought RB a week ago for the first time. I know, dumb timing. As you already know, it's been quite an experience for me since then due to the major patch updates. After the 32 RB was finally updated and operational for the 3.5 patch, I ran the bot smoothly with no problems for almost two days straight. 3.51 comes out yesterday and my 32 RB starts saying "This version of FFXIV is not yet supported." I noticed the 64 RB was still working for people who can use it. I found this very unusual, but still didn't think much of it. I just thought I'd wait for another RB update and it should be good. 24 hours since the small 3.51 patch goes by and I start to grow impatient. After looking around and chatting on discord, 32 seemed to be working fine for quite a few folks. Anyways, long story short, I noticed, when I connect using a vpn (United States IP) it works, but when connecting normally (Dubai IP) it gives me the "This version of FFXIV is not yet supported." I didn't have this problem a few days ago, I'm curious as to why I am having it now. The internet in Dubai is slow enough, playing through a vpn is going to kill my speed even more. Please help. That's when I try connecting normally, without using a vpn. And remember, connecting normally wasn't a problem prior to 3.51 coming out yesterday.
As an addendum to this issue, it appears to have a workaround. Rather than choosing BestLatency during the RB login, if you instead choose the nearest server near you, it works as expected.
