      So has anyone that got banned tried to get a Legion refund yet? Would it be easier to just do a charge back or actually go through Blizzard?

      They refunded mine this morning.
      I haven't even used the bot in 6-7 months and got a 6 month susp. today.

      I got mine refunded without issue.

      I went through the chat. I just typed in that my account was banned and I will no longer be able to receive the product that I preordered for the account. They came back and said they processed the refund.

      You definitely should not go through your bank on this. If you go through your bank then you are basically accusing Blizzard of fraud. You are telling your bank that either you did not approve the transaction or Blizzard did not provide the product. Neither of those are true. If you contact Blizz and they refuse to give you a refund then you can go through your bank, but you should not go to your bank first.

      There will be an option "Purchase and payment" and second "Request a refund"

      Type in as someone above stated, mine getting processed it will take few days but fuck yeh..

      Submitted a ticket for a refund,it was the digital deluxe edition.

      Just had a GM chat and she told me that she cannot and had to pass it on to the refund team... Will post more as it progresses

      Then you submitted your request to the wrong department.

      Maybe the refund department is being so overwhelmed that you were automatically routed to a different overflow group. If you went to the refund department then he wouldn't need to send you to the refund department....

      I got refunded as well. Even my sub fees for last month. told em I won't be playing anymore and won't support a company who doles out blanket punishments.

      Got mine refunded after waiting 20 minutes in live chat to speak to a GM.. took him 3 minutes.

      They wern't that overwhelmed 3 days ago when they were taking the next months subs off everyone. lol

      i got my refund and also i charge them back on paypal for the other stuff that i got this month :p

      They said the same thing to me. I disputed with CC company and gt my money back. This was after the SBR ban last week

      I wanted to let you know that I have requested for your pre-purchase of the Legion expansion to be refunded. This will downgrade your WoW account to Warlords of Draenor, and return the money used on the purchase back to you in a couple of business days.

      Please note that the character you applied the level 100 boost to will also become unavailable to play. If you decide to upgrade your account again at a later time, the level 100 boost will be consumed automatically to unlock the character again.
