Was anyone successfully able to get a refund? They told me that the fine print says you can only get a refund up to 30 days after purchase. The dude on the phone pretty much just kept saying he couldn't do anything for me. Then when he asked if there was anything else I needed, I asked for my account back. It seems a little shady not give people refunds for something that hasn't even been released yet.
If blizzard won't refund you, your only option is going through your payment method and disputing the charge (you have up to 90 days with most, some 120 days) There's a debate on whether or not this is fraud, since you still get access to the game once your suspension is over, but blizzard doesn't respond to the payment dispute and the likelihood of them taking payment reverse to court over $60-$120 is micro-small.
