[LENGTHY DOWNTIME] Again

Il glad to know. Im just asking myself why updates take so long now for been relesed. Last time almost 1 month downtime ( i can almost understand, was a big patch) but now? 3MB in game patch and we are down from a week?
Seems only to me that the support about hearbuddy is slacking hard? Others bots got working some hours after patch ( i know because i have some trial version ) but heartbuddy no, even after 5 days thay say: again a lengthy downtime , and unavoidable. Well i dont want a Eta, tell me why so long and why unavoidable, while competitors fix in a second. Maybe devs are busy in some other project? SO get more devs.. we pay for this "service", we deserve a better one.
There is a lot of people that complain about the poor UI that cant make bot reach more than rank 10. I say : stop hope to get a better Ui if devs can barely let it work, start worry about this project that seems going always worse. I will be not surprised to find site closed in some months.
