I use my own THJ plugin and I can get to 3,000 gold by level 45, You could probably get up to 20,000 if you auction items but other people can make 5,000 gold to 10,000 gold per day with professions. You can get to 1,000 gold when you hit level 60 using kicks normal method without auctioning.
On several different realms I've leveled a DK from 58 to 90 solely by gathering and made on average about 25k to 45k.
Leveling with kicks strictly through questing, no auctioning, very little repairs, and no dungeons will net you just barely over 10k...Usually right around 10.5k. The least I've made is just over 9k. Auctioning just cloth alone that you loot along the way can net you another 10k, but will slow down the leveling process by several hours, and there isn't a plugin to go list items on the AH while using kick's, so you'll have to watch for when bags are full (or just mail everything to an alt and let them take care of it).

I've never sold an account, nor will I ever sell an account, so I can't comment on that. Most people here won't comment on how much they make either as they don't want competition. You'll most likely have to research that on your own. From researching on local classifieds to my area, accounts don't sell unless they have a completely decked out character. Even accounts with 10-11 level 90's won't sell unless they have an amazingly geared character. Leveling is easy, getting high end raiding gear, or even a legendary cloak, takes a month minimum, and that's if you're extremely lucky.
id be willing to sell level 90s for about 75$ a account ofc pvp geared n one epic mount all prof maxxed out plus fishing and pets at level 25!
From the research I did, you won't get anywhere near that. Getting a full set of pvp gear takes less than a day played time, getting a level 25 pet can be done in 3-4 hours. Neither of those would even warrant a glance from me if I saw them for sale. Like I said, in my area, accounts won't even sell for $100 with 10-11 level 90's with maxed professions and pvp gear. All that stuff is too easy to level by the casual gamer. Most people are looking for accounts with rare gear or high end gear. Everything else is garbage.

I bought an account with 6 85's on it in cata. 4 of the had max primary and secondary professions, 1 with full cooking, all had max fishing. The account came with a sea turtle, vial of sands, mech chopper, and a ashes of allar. Each toon was in full Dragon soul or firelands gear and between all the chars there was about 40K gold as well as 4 complete BoA sets for cloth, leather, mail, and plate. With all this said I paid 200 bucks for the account. I currently have that account with 11 90's with all of them in full timeless gear. I probably couldnt sell the account for more then 200 bucks. Its also expensive to separate the account to sell an individual char. Finally I propose this question. Why would someone buy an account that does not have there name on it when they could buy a new account for fairly cheap and buy HB and lvl up the chars themselves? I recently bought HB on new years day and already have 4 90's plus i have 2 85's I got from RaF. So 2 weeks and essentially 6 toons, I could farm timeless gear for each of them in a few days and all it cost me was 30 bucks for HB, since RaF gives me a month free on my main account for paying for 1 month on the new one and the new one came with a free month already.
