*FIXED* comment on fix listed below. I'm having trouble connecting to BuddyAuth servers as I'm stuck at "Checking for buddystore products. this may take a while" permanently. Uninstalled all of the redistributables and ran buddywizzard to install them all back, installed all windows updates and restarted again. reloaded HB and the issue persists. I was able to fix this issue by going into C://Users/[YourUser]/AppData/local and deleting the BossLand folder then relaunching HB.
