      "Login was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors and try again.
      The user name or password provided is incorrect."

      I get the error above whenever i try to login to
      Log On
      - Buddy Auth Portal

      When i try to request for a new password, i get this error

      "Either the email or username is incorrect."

      i needed to login to reset any active sessions i have.

      Please help. this is frustrating.
