Look for help with plugin

Hello i look for someone who can do plugin like this
check toon's location periodically.
three detections mechanics that will only trigger if not dead/fighting:
toon is stuck at the same location while flying (fast detection)
toon is stuck at the same location while not mounted (~1min to detect )
toon tried to mount A LOT in 30 seconds
have black screen
If any of those happens, it must do:
Stop HB
Fly to the nearest known safe location using a defined safe path, or if no such safe location found:
Land and dismount
Use hearthstone
Eventually restart botting in both cases

i have plugin that do all of that in patch 5.3 before some changes in hb but now it don`t work

Does a good part of what you want.
you would then want some sort of relogging app to log you back into wow.
