Hi, my lvl 109 toon was used to lvl up via HB... its ok till lvl 109, when he tries to pick up a quest that is not available (exclamation mark is gray, not yellow). Anything?
It is probably the suramar intro quest which u need to be 110 for, but u should upload a log anyway so u can get help.
