Malthael Farm

Made it tonight, working fine for my WD on Normal. I wouldnt try it on anything higher unless you know you can survive face tanking and sitting in pools of death as Trinity isnt avoiding during this fight at all. Every few games it will leave the game during a cut scene but I have only seen it happen a handful of times. You need to follow the process outlined in the video. Its in German, but if you watch it, you'll get the gist.

This is meant for farming crafting mats. I also have the bot setup to sell everything except legendaries, mats, and gems. That part is up to you, but a townrun is setup at the beginning to avoid losing your check point.

If you have issues, post them and I may or may not provide support. Depends on my mood.

*EDIT* You need to use .12 of trinity for this to work. It will probably fail the first run, just let it go, it will work. I have had multple testers from kevin spaceys test group confirm that it works with .12 Trinity.

It does that 98% of the time, 2% it works

 

Not only that. If you take the portal manually Malthael is dead and gone. No way to farm him it seems.

 

you need to tp out before he blows up or else you loose the checkpoint, i had this working for an hour then it stoped

Really? My bot has been going for over 4 hours now averaging 60 games an hour with it. Sounds like user error to me.

 

Ive set it up like i did before, it was working then when i had to re set it up it just gives me the Portal stuff

maybe portal id is different or we are using different trinities.

how do we find out portal id manually

 

Same thing happened to me.

Please someone fix this profile properly. This has potential to be excellent profile.

 

The method works, the script does not identify the portal

 

I am using DB build 346 and latest Trinity.
I am having same problem as other people has. " Using Portal to Maltheal" and my Barb just stands at Town forever.

What DB and Trinity are you using? Are you sure you didn't tweak yours and forgot to update this?

 

same problem...using portal to Malthael< ... and if you click the first portal is going..sits there in bad stuff and dies...

*edit:

nvm its working now, but the bot just leaves game after he went to malthael (he is there and its even before the cutscene would come (turning settings for skip on / off didn´t matter)
