Any chance at this being an added feature?

There's no API for working with the Atlas UI yet in Exilebuddy, so it's not possible for MB to support that yet. Atlas GUI support is being considered for the future, but it's not possible right now.

I set my Jungle Vallery Priority to Tier 6 (priority is minus one, just ignore that). It's a shaped jungle valley, and the bot runs them as tier 6's? I just started my atlas, but it has run all my shaped maps so far this way (arid lake, jungle valley, beach). Can you try this?

I assume the reason this works is that the bot detects jungle valley in the name, and it must still think its a tier 1. but the prority setting runs them properly. and because I've shaped it, Tier 1 junglevalley won't drop no longer ever, it might just run your old tier 1's first

Pretty sure Pushedx was thinking purely about the Atlas and shaping it, not about maps that are shaped.

Yes MapBot will run shaped maps just fine, you just cant specify how to upgrade shaped maps yet. It was already brought to Exvaults attention about shaped maps and he said he will add something in the next version to allow you to interact with those maps separate from the non-shaped versions.
