Hello, kickz i have noticed this quest got some players stuck in 2012 and maybe later or even before that but today it happened to me it said: Message to telaar can not be turned in since the bot cant find the quest in my character it didnt pick up the quest but it wanted to deliver it .... so here ya go some work for ya A Message to Telaar - Quest - World of Warcraft had to pick it up myself else the bot wouldnt continue questing.
