      I uninstalled both mu visual C++ and my .net then re-installed like you suggested. Then After reinstall and update for windows I ran wizard and everything checked green I re-installed buddy using installer and I still get this message in the picture I posted. I tried your link to Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 (x86) (vc_redist.x86.exe) but it doesn't work. I used vc_redist.x86.exe that you have listed.

      I have searched for others with the same problems but nothing worked for me.

      Please help.

      Thanks

      remove:

      - microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable

      restart your pc,
      download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
      run them as administrator.
      after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
      restart

      I uninstalled everything then tried to download this link and it is blocked. I unblocked it and says virus. I ignored and tried to run but it still won't run "download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip"

      I restarted and ran https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe which installed the Visual C++

      I already did all of this before which is why I submitted the request for help. I spent several hours searching for what has already been posed. I will try on another computer to see if that makes a difference.

      Thanks - I appreaciate your support!
