I have constructed a Badlands Ore Farming path that seems to return good results. I blacklisted the Elite dragons so it is low level friendly. It runs all over the maps hitting over 50-60 node locations. Please List all bugs and troubles you come across so I can update. Alliance Start in Loch Modan, Horde start in Kargath. Iron Node = 65% Mithril Node = 25% Gold Node = 5% Truesilver Node = 3.5% Silver Node = 1.5% Note : There are 2 rare spawns that it seems to run into, 47 and a 52 Elite. No problem if your a high level but low levels will probably die. This is my second profile please feel free to check out my [1-150] Redridge Ore Farming. Decided to give this a go since I was at like 170 from farming to lvl 44, then have done BGs since yetserday and now lvl 59. Needed to catch up to at least 200. Ran this and all seemed to work out. I cant really say its all that fast, but the badlands arnt that great for mining anyway. It does it it should tho and worked well. Thanks for this.
I have let my hunter run and the results are quite good, BUT the profile misses like every second ore that is a bit further away but still shown on the minimap.
<chuckles> Seems like a lot of us love Badlands. There's even one in the Wiki that goes through the dragon area (it was designed for a little higher-level toons). The first pass through always seems to produce more than subsequent passes, tho. Guess we seriously get ahead of the respawn rates on the nodes. @tristan3103, It sounds like you need to bump your "Loot Radius" up a bit (its under the "Bot Settings" button in Honorbuddy itself). I usually run mine at 100, which causes some minor backtracking occasionally, but it cleans the place out of nodes. cheers, CJ
Sorry for the confusion! I run the one out of the Wiki, and can't recall it missing any nodes. cheers, CJ
