Monitor your bot with your Iphone or Android phone.

Hey all fellow botters!

Im fairly new here but i really enjoy the spirit of these forums ppl are very kind and helpful if u have a problem with something.

So i thought id give something back!

For a while now ive been both playing wow manually and botting via my Iphone 4.
ive done this even before i started botting.. (was alot harder but worked)

The Program i use on my iphone is called CrazyRemote and basicly what it does is that u use it to remotely contol your computer.

Ive tried alot of these apps for my iphone and i found this to be by far the best.
U really get the same fps as u have on your computer, im running the game in 78 fps . so no lagg what so ever.

I havent made this program myself but ive been using it for a year or something now and its working solid for me.

The good thing with this app is that it gives u a great video and audio.. so when im at home i got my phone connected to my wifi, and i always have my phone in me so i can always run this program watching/hearing my bot running live and i can respond to wispers.. help my bot if stuck.. turn on/off the bot... well u get the point.. i can do everything just as im sitting at my pc.

Im using this with the addon Buddy center. so when im not watching my bot i get a text so i just pick up my phone and quickly answer the wisper or whatever it is..

The great thing with this is that u can set it to work with 3g net. so u dont have to use wifi in order for it to work.. so i use this when im at work or out shopping etc.. i always have full control over my bot. ( a friend configured this to work over 3g so i cant help u setting that up but the is a tutorial on the crazyRemote site)

It costs a few bucks but it really is worth it.. ive been raiding FL all the way up to Raggy on my Holy priest from bed.. and i watch movies all the time on it aswell its flawless.

There is a CrazyRemote light (Free version) where u can try the app for 3 days i think.
So try that and if u dont like it then dont use it

I used to use Join.me but the session expires in 30 minutes. Then i installed LogMeIn at work and on my home PC to monitor stuff.

 

sounds intresting. would be intresting to use...ill look it up. i have used logmein since several years back...its just so reliable and easy to setup...but the fps is like 3! - so u get very, very choppy image when surveying your bot. you can imagine how frustrating that is when i have my bot pc on a differant location than my home hehee....so a fps boost is much needed...ill ahve a look.

 

why not use teamviewer ?

Exists for Android.

The FPS on this is really nice..

Like i said b4 ive tried a few including teamviever and i found crazyremote to be better.

But thats just what i think.. just trying to help ppl here

 

I think teamviewer is just awsome . Does exactly what I need it to do.

nope. i do not believe there is a paid version of teamviewer.

 

Teamviewer pro is $99.99 and the free version is very limited in comparison to the pro version.
And that being said I like crazyremote way more then teamviewer.

 

I have a question.
I bought crazy remote and tested it in my home Wifi.. But after that i am going to the City Center and try to use it with 3G! But it don't work! He tell me that he can't connect! After that i go to McDonald's and use his WiFi... And he don't connect! So Crazyremote can connect only in LAN wifi??

 

I'm having the same problem of not being able to connect with 3G ): anyone know how to set it up or how to fix it??

Connecting crazyremote to my 3G android phone

Hello, your post on the crazyremote pro inspired me to purchase it. Now I was able to get it working with wifi at home, but I cant get it to connect using verisons wireless 3G... Is it even possible? I was hopping I could access Wow anywhere using my 3G weather im in the car or at the bars. I've been doing a lot of research, but Im still not sure. If you could ask your friend on how he did it that would be awsome and thanks.

 

You have to open up a port on your modem-router to use crazyremote with 3g.

There's s guidr on their website. Also, google is your ftiend.

 

I have tried all of the previous mentioned programs. The best that I have used is LogMeIn. It is free for the PC and MAC. You connect via their website or your iphone app. Much higher FPS then any of the other ones.
