Okay yesterday i sold one of my main accounts, to a seller from OC. ( 120 eur )

Well he scammed me for the account, by withdrawing the money back from paypal. I called up blizz the next morning to get the account back - with success ( New mail, pass and that stuff )

      BUT

I messaged Paypal, too and talked to them about the problem and i won the case ( lulz ).

So my question is. What will you do ? give the scammer his money back or just tell him, he took it up and if his old enough to do so he is old enough to face the consequences ? Any feedback is welcome !

      Take both.
He started the war and you won.
Seems pretty legit in my opinion :D

      handnavi is right.
Since you were victim of the cheat, you have moral right to claim both, if you have chance to do it.

Most the time in a court of law they don't look at it this way.. You're entitled to be made whole when you're scammed/stolen from, not entitled to extra/additional. In the end that makes you as bad as the thief if you kept his money/account he paid for as well, and gives him legal recourse depending on where he lives, as he technically has paid for it now.

I would keep it all because he needs to learn a lessson, you need to think about how many people he has done this too and got away with and then to top it off re-sold the account. I would not care at all! I am sure he has made more then 120eur scamming people you have been lucky with paypal! keep the acount and the money.

Just one question - dunno if you anything about this

If the guy tried to withdraw the money once, can he do it again or is it one strike and out ? I have the money on my paypal and he is still telling me he wants his money ?

Can he try to take them back if he is refused to do it one time before ?

well it depends how u feel about it yeah he tryed to scam you but in the end he didnt get away with it u was smarter then him . but id give him back one or the other depending on what u want more and he agrees to stfu about it since in the end u will ether have the account or the money. but if there is no legal recourse he can take agenst you then if u feel good and dont lose sleep over keeping both then tell him to bug off and dont ever respond to him and ignore him

If anyone want to know his Skype name its: Tempnix (rafgametimesales) - Found out tempix is a big dude from epicnpc, and the scammer is just coping him. SO LOOK OUT FOR Rafgametimesales

I can link most of the chat log from Skype to prove what i?m talking about

Check this out too. I tried to look his name up in google and found this

Safe(or safest) methods of laundering gold?

Just scroll a bit down and you see another one got scammed of him back in 2010.

And the post from the real tempnix:

      The CommieKid Impostor!
