Several of my SoR accounts have been banned on 17 april. I managed to get 4 accs to 72hrs suspension only. 4 days passed, and i still was locked so i sent a ticket to ask whats going on, etc. Then i got an answer: I apologise that I could not get to you any sooner but I have taken a closer look at your account. Here are my findings: Your account has been locked for using 3rd party programme, or any other game exploit, found and verified in your logs in past weeks while only domestic IP had access to this account. As we do not approve such action, your account will not be overturned and will remain closed. This conclusion is based on gathered evidence in logs. I have also verified that you are not the first Wow account owner and it has been just recently merged into your eu.battle.net account as for such, Wow license was removed and we will help in account recovery only when first registered account owner will contact us with his valid ID, matching account details. They dont just lock the SoR accounts, but also remove them from your b.net account. I am done with SoR accounts from now on, they are not worth anymore.
