you can see how many accounts I own, I own more then just this email also that I use, in total I have over 20 accounts currently and I have no problem playing a new game

If you would like to get in touch with a supervisor I may be able to grab an email from them for you to contact. However, to make sure there is no miscommunication, the suspension was applied correctly. Inability to share details does not mean they do not exist. People often ask for details on actions they have done in order to more effectively attempt to use malicious third party software. Contacting a supervisor will not change that. However, if you would still like to get in touch with one, I'll see what I can do.

The appeal process is in place for investigations into suspensions. That way we can double check to ensure that suspensions are not applied in error. That's what this contact is now.

So you have an internal investigation in watch the accused is disallowed to try and defend themselves to witch has been stated. unless you have the ability to monitor my computers processes at the same time as I play the game you have overstepped the bounds of the game. you are able to monitor any information that comes to your servers not what I use on my computer as stated is a multi boxer program.
