      So, by some stupid reason, my username was given to someone else, and with it all the purchases i have made in the buddy store are now asociated with that account. My HB keys have been migrated to another user (under the inicual mail i registred) but not the buddy purchases.

      I have ALL the emails of buying the products, as with the product orders and such, i have given PROOF that the products active in the key that is not mine does not match with the products i have bought under that account. Even so, i have not recieved any satisfactory answers in order to solve the issue...

      So, either you guys just give me a free key with a shit ton of products, or PLEASE resolve my issue.

      :)

      edit: btw, there IS a ticket open allready over this issue, but it has not been answered.

      He must be busy, is it long time since you sent email?

      I had something simmilar happening to me 4 days ago.
      Joro was damn fast to answer me :p

      More than a day since last reply. I dont even think he understands the issue (or that he even cares to)

      And you did fulfill everything he asked about?

      I know from my experience you will be asked about:

      Order Nr and BuddyAuth Key (Maybe also Username/Email for the BuddyAuth the key is currently tied to)

      Then for the BuddyAuth you are transferring the key to you will be needing the Username and Email.
      Anyway if you already have given him this, try to send him another email just asking how its going.
      Could be just a miss in their system or something then you went under the radar.

      I am NOT tranfering willinglly. THEY DID! thats the problem. I had user name X, and suddenly that user has no longer those keys but another. So, either they gave me that free key with all that has inside, or they solve the problem lol

      either wait, im waiting for an answer :(
