NEED HELP! BIG LOADS! Permban + 72h + 72h

Didn't honorbuddy become banned in Germany? I think that may be a reason, as far as I am aware in Germany you can't use Honorbuddy after the lawsuit case. The areas of North America and so forth were fine to use honorbuddy program but of course its no legal in the game, hence being banned. I might be wrong I thought the court case was not fully resolved but was definitely hit in one area of Europe you cant even use this program
