New computer - bot not running

I just built a new computer and tried running the bot on it. I keep getting max sessions and cannot run it. Is there any way to get it to work?

 

did oyu turn it off on the other comps...?

check processes as well on the one you USED to run it on, or go to Auth portal to end sessions manually and restart it from your new computer.

 

I have tried it while the other one is off, still didn't work. Will try the auth portal. Thank you.
