Hey i just ordered 3 sessions 1 year, i got the key delivered to my email no problem. I guess the best way to do this is to tell you what i did. I took the key, i logged into honorbuddy with it, Everything loaded fine, i went to load profiles from my buddy store account, and it was empty, then i relaised it didnt ask me for a routine either. So i went to buddyauth, and my key was not there, So i tried adding key and it said it was 'Alreayd claimed'. Even tho it isnt showing in my active keys. can you add the key to my authentication so i can actually use the bot with the store profiles? I only bought this key because my lifetime access was ended, and now by choosing to support bossland's decision i am actually being penalized my time.
Okay i see what happened, it sent the key to my paypal email not the email. And so i can only access the key from an account created witht hat email. Even tho i purchased the key while signed into this account, and I made sure to place the correct email and information into every selection.
just email support@thebuddyforum.com. They can transfer your key to the one with the profiles you bought. please ensure to include your invoice #.
