New key system?

I just came back to World of warcraft, ofcourse I had to check on HB and how it's going. Really nice to see that you guys still are up and running.

Now to my problem.. I can't figure out how this new key-system works. I remembered purchasing HB (I think it was lifetime subscription). When I register and follow the instructions it says that I have no keys. What do I need to get my keys back? (if I still have any?)

you have to log using the same user and pass as you were using for the old shop page

Okay.. hmm.. I actually have no idea what mail/login I had. I use several emails/names/passwords on different sites. So what do I do if I can't figure that out? :S

you have to send us an email at support@thebuddyforum.com
but you have to prove someway that you are the owner
