Grim Batol has had navigation issues for as long as I can remember, I've never seen it complete succesfully. If you want to solo farm it you're better of with a questing profile (Botanist, EchoTiger, ... someone made it for sure). As for not killing Beauty, have you set 'kill optional bosses' to 'yes' in bot config?
