Hey i, im have botted ind Diablo 3 and Wow with buddy, and now it's hearthstones turn! Could some of you give me some start advisces? right now im just leveling every class to lvl 10. But when that is done, what should i do with the bot? what is the fastest and best way, to build some good decks? I know that im gonna get full legendary in 1 week. But what is the best to do when you just got started with hearthstone?
The best advise is to do all these easy achievement at first, I do not recall them so look it up on google. After this if you are playing on your own you should play casual or ranked to get some experience and farm the gold cap + daily quests like this for some time untill you feel confident enough to try out arena. That is where the unpleasant part starts: Trying to get good enough to make some profit in the Arena. Arena is worth it if you get at least 3-4 wins, because in this case you get 1 card pack + at least 50 gold or equally valued dust. So you got more out of your 150 gold then just 1,5 card packs (one pack costs 100 gold). If you manage to get 7 wins or more on average then you reached the point where you can really easily build up your collection, because you can do one arena run after another (you get 1 pack + >=150 gold per run), this is how most good players build theire collections. One problem might be that you currently allways get GvG card packs in arena, so you need to farm gold to buy classic card packs. If you want to use the bot to get as many cards as possible the only real way is to let him farm your daily quests and the gold cap every day. This way you will get about 100 + 40*0,475 + 60*0,475 + 100*0,05 = 152,5 gold per day. You can increase your chances on getting more 60 and 100 gold quests by allways reshuffleing the 40 gold quests, but never one of the higher valued quests so you should get about 100 + 40*0,475^2 + (0,475^2+0,475)*60 + (0,475*0,05+0,05)*100 = 158,4375 gold per day. Based on my current calculations you need to open about 500 packs to get a full collection. This means it would take you 100 gold/pack * 500 packs / (158,4375 gold/day) = 315,59 days to complete a full collection. Asuming you do not spend dust at all untill you can craft all remaining cards at once, otherwise it will take much longer because you will get cards you crafted before which means you loose dust. And Naxx is not respected in this calculation so it would take some time more to unlock all the wings and play them (I am too lazy right now to look up how much gold this costs). An there is another Problem: There will most likely be new released cards before you finished your collection. But of course you do not need all the cards to be happy with your collection. So here is my advise on how to do it (and this is how I do it too): I will just discuss this qualitatively, if you are interested in the math say so and I may post something on that topic. So my advise would be: Let the bot farm the 158,4375 per day and then a) Do arena runs by yourself if you enjoy the experience (I dont because I am a bad player and I dont like to loose 40% or more of the games I play, also I dont really have time to play the game at all ) and buy some packs from gold you make b) Just buy packs To find out which packs to buy use an excel sheet, there are tons of these on the Internet or make one on your own. Wait untill you can disenchant for 1600 dust. If you got 2 golden cards disenchant the normal versions, or if you like to (I think its not worth it): disenchant all the golden cards you get while having 2 of the normal version. Use the 1600 dust to buy a legendary of your choice (I prefer the ones that have most value in many different types of decks like currently Dr. Boom, Sylvanas, Ragnaros etc.). Never craft non legendary cards, it is just not worth it at all. Optional: Disenchant legendaries you do not use (I am not doing this right now but thought about it) So what is the down side you may ask: It is dust inefficency. Sooner or later you will get a legendary card you crafted before, which means you loose 1200 dust. So it will take a lot longer to get the full collection. Upside? By following this strategy you will most likely never get a full collection, but you will get a collection you are happy with much faster. But dont let Blizzard fool you: It will take literally for ever to get all cards you want, this is of course exactly what Blizzard wants.
