      So this is the 4th time i have contacted you guys addressing my problem, the first time on the forums(as i was advised to deal with this through their email support.

      I purchased a trail key on the day that your leveling bots. Therefore, i was unable to even try out my "trial problem" for the bot. I spoke to one of the moderators on these forums to be advised what to do. He told me to send me a message to an email that he provided, explain the problem, and they will fix the issue by giving me a new key, an extended key.

      It has been 4 days with absolutely 100% zero response from anybody. Meanwhile, i bought another trial key, to use the bot after it was fixed because i really wanted to try it out.

      I am not trying to be difficult, i love the bot its great and all, but my current situation is as-is.......

      1. Purchased first trial key, didn't work at all because the questing bot did not work.
      2. Emailed the honor buddy support people as advised by one of their moderators.
      3. Still really wanted to try out the bot, therefor i bought ANOTHER trial key after they were done fixing it.
      4. STILL to this day i have abosutely answer of have heard anything from the email support, and now have paid for TWO trial....
      5. Worst part, is on of the moderators said- oh yea totally no problem, just email this email address, explain to them what happened, and they fix everything, refund your money, and get you a new key, an extended key that will be good for more than 24 hours. i said great sweet this people are awesome!................but.........still........no.........answer/feedbackkkkkkk

      Moral of my story....ughhh moderators/honorbuddy personnel.....can you please help me out...?

      The normal moderators like me do not have access to keys/support email.
      Only a select few such as Tony and Bossland.

      Tony is on emails right now.
      PM me the email address you used and ill forward it to tony.
