I too have not yet received my email for a new key Checked Buddy Auth Portal too to see maybe it was hiding in there.
When i login into my Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal there is nothing to configure. When i logged in weeks ago there was nothing too. There were no running sessions while botting What to do with the key? I can not save it in my Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal
Solved my problem! Log onto buddyportal and you'll find the key there - use that key as username when you log in to HB and leave the password-field blank.
having the same problem i checked my authentication portal and all it shows are blanks spaces under active and inactive keys
My 2 Keys I bought recently are there but my other 2 "legacy account" sessions/keys from an earlier lifetime purchase are nowhere to be found. No email, nothing on Buddyauth.com.
Guys - check your registered emails for keys. If you did not receive a key from Buddy Auth - check your spam boxes. If it's not in there, please email support@thebuddyforum.com with your username and registered email and we'll get it sorted out. Sorry for any inconvenience P.S. If you did get a key - put it in the username field and make sure the pw field is blank.
