      So I think i can speak for most of us posting here that we feel like we are getting "jipped". No one can log in, no one can use the application properly. We haven't gotten solid answers on how to make it work properly. We need answers, we feel like we wasted our money.

      I am currently botting in several sessions, I have this authentication failed error sometimes, but it goes away after like 1 min.

      Are you serious? Authentication goes offline for a bit and you're this panicky? Holy hell.

      BTW, it's "gypped", which is essentially a derogatory term for Gypsies, so GJ being both a Chicken Little and a bigot, I guess.

      Are you happy with the Bot? Does it always work? Is it worth the headache of all the errors and issues for the price you paid?

      Bought HB week ago, most of the time need 10mins to get in for all login errors and such. Now today it hasn't worked at all. So i kinda do feel like im getting ripped off.

      Don't get me wrong the HB itself is amazing, but there is just too many problems with logging in for me.

      What do you mean no log=no help? What kind of support is that? We need answers.

      something is blocking Hb on your machine,antivirus/firewall
      or
      port 5031 is closed
      or
      you are on a limited network

      I'm not on a limited network

      Antivirus or firewall is not blocking HB, i made exceptions.

      If port 5031 would be closed shouldn't i get an error message of "Session is invalid" or "max sessions" ? Rather than it says that my Authentication fails.

      I have port: 5031 forwarded and the application allowed on Windows Firewall. No antivirus is active.

      @fpsware Hey, i had been doing that for the past week that i bought HB, but today it doesent work at all. I pressed the log in for allmost 30minutes without getting in. Also when I press log in it takes from 30-60 seconds untill it says authentication failed! Rather than the usual 5seconds that it used to take.

      I never had any issues or errors with Honorbuddy, it's been running fine, since I bought it nearly 1 year ago, and it's used on a daily basis.

      Can you folks open up a command prompt and run the following:

      pathping auth3.buddyauth.com

      pathping auth2.buddyauth.com

      And finally

      pathping buddyauth.com

      Let me know what it shows for you. (Also, please PM me your public IP address (My IP Address | CMyIP.com | What Is My IP Address) so I can ensure you haven't tripped some of our security mechanisms. You forum IP may not show your current IP, otherwise I wouldn't ask.)

      This is what we mean when we say no log = no help.

      Even though it says we will be deleting threads with no logs, we haven't.
      We will not waste our time trying to guess your problem.
      Logs provide us with, in most cases, what we need to solve your problem.

      I can log into the bot just fine on both of my accounts and have restarted several time within the last hour.
      And no, I do not have special "mod" keys. They are the same as yours.

      With that being said, we noticed that quite a few users are experiencing auth issues.
      We are talking with Apoc to see what is happening.

      i did as you said and pmed you but also posting here all 3 pathpings ping my router correctly but step 2 will not ping its not connecting at all to the 2nd jump
