      I purchased a profile through the buddy store. A couple of days later, I realized that you guys double charged me for the profile (you can see the records on my purchase history). For this reason, I filed for a return for (1) of the 2 purchases. Now my HB key is invalid.

      I have submitted my Paypal account receipt to support@buddyforum.com to prove that I was double charged. It's been over a week and I have not gotten any response from anyone.

      Can someone please help? Thank you.

      I got an automatic reply from that email. But that was a week ago. Still no response....
