second offense temproary 48 hr suspension

      About your account:
Was the game account created after the 13-May-2015 banwave?
      no

      EU or US realm?
      us

Did the account have any previous suspensions or bans?
yes was suspended for botting recieved 72 hour sometime last year however went about 8 months w/o playing prior to coming back

How many (average) hours per day did you bot? on and off however was botting for spans of 40+ hours at a time.

What estimated percentage of the time did you supervise your bot?

      rarely when botting.

Was your account involved in gold selling?
      no

How many auctions per day did you post on this account?
(If you were posting auctions at some other timeframe than "per day", please describe your magnitude and frequency as appropriate.)
never botted to make gold avg 5-10 auctions per day.

Did you use any non-Honorbuddy bots with this account? If so, which ones?
(A non-legitimate Honorbuddy should be listed here, as it does not have the same account protections as legitimate Honorbuddy.)
      no strictly honorbuddy

Did you use any H4cks, Che4ts, or mods with this account? If so, what are their names?
      no

Do you have any observations about the event you'd like to share?
i feel like this is a wierd suspension considering i had a prior offense on the account and being this is a 48 hour and i was suspended for using 3rd party programs as refrenced in the email. some things to note i only used bg buddy i never quested or did anything other than farm honor/conquest for cap on alts. i was previously banned for botting archeology that was the 72 hour and i never posted about it. at this particular time i was probably botting bgs for a minimum 6 hour period although i cannot be sure when i started the bot but i was banned approx 1130 pacific time. over the past month or so since coming back i had been botting some occasions for 24-48 hours strait doing bgs only stopping to switch characters in cases longer than 20 hours due to conquest capping one toon and swapping to another. i feel extremely lucky that i am only suspended for 2 days, its curious so i am wondering if anyone else is experiencing similar behavior from blizzard as of recently. i do have an account that is permanently banned on a second offense on a diferent battle.net account first offense was archeology... youd think i would learn right... second offense was bg buddy and it was permanently banned at the end of mist of pandaria.

      Action: 48 Hour Suspension
      Violation: Unapproved Third Party Software

Blizzard will take action against any players using third party programs, which operate outside the World of Warcraft software, to gain an advantage in the game. This software may include increasing movement or teleportation hacks, automating gameplay, or other changes that subvert the mechanics or design of the game. This can also include programs that obtain information not normally available to the regular player, or that transmit or modify any of the game files.

Normally, this classification does not include UI modifications or addons, except those UIs that require an external application to function.
This is a warning against the above behavior, which Blizzard deems unacceptable for World of Warcraft. This is covered in the World of Warcraft Code of Conduct and Terms of Use (http://www.blizzard.com/company/about/termsofuse.html).

In addition to this warning, your game license has been issued a suspension as detailed above. Your game license will not be available for play during this time.

As the account holder, you are responsible for the activity associated with this game license. Further violations will result in harsher suspensions or permanent closure.

      anyone have any thoughts?
