I had a lifetime key. I have been very satisfied with HB. It is an awesome bot, and support and help has been a lot better than should be expected (by my point of view). After the lifetime key was cancelled, I ordered a new key and the payment was done. After a day I got a mail that the order was cancelled, but the money was paid. So I asked support what I should do, and the answer was that I should make a new order. That is acceptable. But the reservation of the payment was fulfilled and I have not gotten the money refunded. I will not pay again before I get my last payment refunded. I asked for this and was told it would take 2-3 days before I would see the money in my account. It has now been 5 days and I am starting to wonder about the process.... Do other people experience the same as me?
I wrote to support yesterday asking for my refund. I got the answer today. all it say is "That does not depend on us, we've made what's necessary on our end." There is no explanation as to when and where this payment was done. I have made quite a few transactions like this before, I have never had any trouble with getting a refund and now support imply that this is a fault at my end? This seem very unprofessional.
first of all,forums cant help you on payment issues as for the refunds,due to the bank,system can take up to 15-20 days that means we are refunding you instantly but you will see your money back within 15-20 days
