Act dumb, act innocent, and ask what was happening. My generic response has been something like? "Hey guys! I just logged on to see my account was banned? Abuse of the Economy for buying gold? I have never brought gold since I have played and certainly have no intention on doing so, so I was wondering if there was another reason my account was locked? If there is, can you please let me know so I can possibly dispute it? Not really sure what to say otherwise as I haven't brought gold, and I don't really know how other to appeal the ban if there is another reason not stated? Thanks in advance" Worked for me in the past. I've actually even called them as well, again, acting dumb & innocent with much the same response above and they told me the account had probably being hacked as they found the use of a third party program was being used blah blah blah - I done the whole, "oh me, oh my! how did that happen?! I'm so confused!" and yeah, got walked through how to put in the game ticket etc, and the CS guys have in the past made a ticket/note on the account that I've called & spoken to them about it as well. Good luck in getting the account back.
