oh my god! this is a new low!

just been in contact with my buyers and the highest offer i got per k was $0.7......

the lowest offer i got was "no demand" but other than that it was $0.4 /k

just two weeks ago i got $2.1 /k and now the highest offer i get is infact 1/3 of the original... i dont even think the current prices would pay for the electricity it takes to run the computers the bots are on nevermind pay for honorbuddy/gatherbuddy and WoW itself!

lets hope it gets a little better when cata is released!

Level 80 accounts can now be bought at $120. Selling them to retailers, you'd only get about $80 at most. Thats not even enough to pay for original WoW + expansions.

Just wait for Cataclysm. However, with Cataclysm, each account will cost us a total of $150 ($20 + $40 + $40 + $50).

Someone on these forums claims its possible to make $150,000/year farming gold. Lol.

 

Last week I bought an account with all expansions, 80 DK and some 60-70 alts with about 2k gold for $50 USD ... so, yeah accounts are cheap. And gold is just going to drop until Cataclysm comes out. Depending on the new mats, etc. it should go back up after release. We shall see.

 

i wonder how things going on for bossland~ he had 40++ bots~ each bot 1k 1day, 40k a day, each k worth 0.5usd, thats 20usd a day, 600usd a month, 7200usd a year ? lol~ hope i counted wrongly

He makes money selling the bot rather than using it.

 

I dont think prices will get any better to be honest bliz cant detect botters so theyre making gold easier to get etc for people and things worth lots e.g. gathering useless. I think with that and the combination of chinese wotlk etc prices will not get any higher

 

Yeah. It took them a while but they have finally gotten to the stage where there is no incentive to bot anymore. Gold farming is just enough to sustain our playing of WoW, now. With the occasional banwave, Blizzard has really put a cap on the impact of bots. Then again, bots have been an impact enough that Blizzard had to craft their game economy into what it is now.

Maybe when those big gold-farming companies realize that WoW isn't profitable anymore and move on, prices will improve.

 

You people should really shop around for new buyer's or go on a server not full of bots im selling at $1.70/k

2 years ago I made 50$ every day using 10 glider bots.

 

even if it was only $2 a k if each bot made a minimum of 5k a day thats $10 per bot x 10 = $100 not to mention prices were wayyy higher then so it would be more like $5 a k = $250 a day.

 

I don't even think 5k a day is possible, especially with the economy the way it is right now.

2k a day is already worth bragging rights.

People also forget that accounts aren't free. It costs $100 to load up an account with the retail game and the expansions and an additional $15 per month. HonorBuddy isn't free either. Lifetime gives you 3 licenses. With 10 accounts, you'll have to buy HonorBuddy multiple times. If you have 10 accounts botting and you're unlucky enough to get hit by a ban wave, you will have to bot for a whole year just to make up for what you've lost.

 

So far it has only been bossland that comes close to that amount of money I guess, because with a few you ain't making that amount + its a big bit unbelieveble.

 

5k a day is really easy to get, just farm the right locations, and even with 1 bot I can make 4k or more a day, its just the extra bit effort u put in the *after-farming* do some more auctionhousing and you will get the hang of it

 

i would not sel gold for that low they wil sell it for higher u know that just keep gold for u self in cata and sell it to friends or people ingame but not gold company

 

yeah i make around 2k per day just from the saronite ore. i turn it into bars and then vendor it. 2 stacks of ore makes 1 stack of bars which vendor for 25g. you need to look at what your selling if you think 2k per day is now worth bragging about. thats not counting the titanium ore i sell in stacks of 20 ore, and the frost lotus and ALOT of herbs i get. then theres eternals. and blue and green gems. when the bot is runnign smooth. its not to difficult to run 5k per day. i average a lil more. i sell gold every time i get to 20k. and when bot is goin smooth i sell about every 3 days. guess that means i average lil over 6.5 k per day for each account.

 

So can anyone answer my question? Where do you buy accounts with all expansions (and maybe even a level 80) for $50?

 

just do a google search or check playerauctions. I have never bought a wow account but I know people who have sold and bought accounts with no problems. but there is always that chance the original owner would take it back I suppose.

For me the problem atm is the auto ban's that take place and the inability to pinpoint the cause. Gold selling is fine if i would figure out these stupid auto ban's.
