one question about EB.help~~

In the item filter,there is words "regex" and "match any"...
What does means this?
Anybody explains the usage?
Is it "reverse choice"?

for example:if I don't pick up weapons,so,I will fill "weapons" in the type,and check "regex"?

You gotta read about it and make yourself familar with some examples, not gonna explain whole RegEx.
And, well, "match any" ... "matches any occurence" :|
