Please help me, this morning i bought GB for the first time, i received the email approving the invoice and the payment (btw invoice number 28907). However still now the authentication say me i have not paid can somebody help me? thanks PS i have mistakenly done an other invoice (28909) that obiousvly i have not paid. it can be deleted?
yes,the problem came from your wrong invoice thats why you cant log with the paid one as xasset said sent a pm to Bossland with full payment details requesting to delete the second order you will be ok within 24 hours
