      I created an account on buddyauth with the same e-mail that I used when I paid, but I see no keys on the site. Please help. I bought a 3-pack license.

      first check your spam folders to make sure the key mail containing your key is not in there.

      if not, then send and e-mail to support@thebuddyforum.com and let them know you didnt get your key and its not showing up on the buddyauth website. if you have your transaction id/order number make sure to include it.

      Checked my spam, nothing. And the e-mails from this site come through ok. If there was an activation e-mail for buddyauth, that came through okay too. I opened a ticket too. I could understand if I wasn't charged, but I was. So I'm very confused as to how there isn't a receipt with keys in it.

      we where doing maintenance on the auth server that handles things like your keys, so its possible it got lost in the mix.

      Still haven't received any keys or a reply from support. Starting to get anxious.

      I have the same buyed 2 keys today and still havent received my keys! your site says wait 15 min or check i did that and been to long now! Wt???

      I whant my money back i dont trust this... probley also lacking in support for the bot then ;)
