      Does this means that if I have a 1 session GB which I already pay 5 EUR/month, I'll have to pay another x amount of EUR on top of that if I want to continue flying? Because that's my understanding.

      No, the 'paid-plugin' system is for Honorbuddy only. The 'paid-plugin' allows some of the Honorbuddy bots to fly. Specifically, the Archeology bot and the Gatherbuddy2 bot, with more flying-enabled bots in the future.

      Gatherbuddy1 doesn't have the concept of plugins, and thus you don't need to pay for any. :)
