So like the title states, Paypal found in my favor vs Blizzard.

Had my main acc banned in the first 6 month wave this year, just made a new Bnet, bought WoD and Legion, Boosted a few toons and got right back too it. 6 months later i get my old acc back and my new account 6 month banned. At this point i decided just too play casual and legit on my main account, then when i thought about what had happened i felt Blizzard were in the wrong here, Blizzard had already admitted they had backdated all these bans, So they had let me buy Legion and a few toon boosts with the knowledge i was going to be banned and wouldnt get to play Legion or the the boosted toons. Yes i had been "caught *****ing boo hoo" "Deal with it" ect ect.

So i started the claims process with Paypal for,
#WoD expansion , 6 month ban meant i would not be able too play the whole expansion, So i put this one under "incomplete goods"
#7 Character boosts, My argument here was that the point of a max lvl toon in blizzards own words was "Character progression" My argument was that i could now not complete the progression on these toons witch cost £40 as my access too WoD was being denied.
#Legion expansion, Now this one i felt was clearly the strongest case and the only one i legit expected resolved in my favor, put this one under "non-receipt of goods" because i would be suspended on release possibly and Bliizard allowed me to purchase this knowing full well i was about to be banned/suspended.

I also used phrases like "unlawful repossession of good" and "Unlawful seizure of financial assets by a company who does not have the power to do such things" "Breaking UK consumer rights"

Question is, as much as id like to believe it was my wording in these claims, Was it all found in my favor because blizzard simply had too many disputes against them from the bot community at the time and so couldnt handle them all properly? Was my claim simply ignored and paypal auto found in my favor anyway? Were Blizzard indeed breaking Uk consumer rights? (AFAIK in the Uk no matter what fake laws blizzard have in their EULA and have no actual power in law too enforce, the Uks actual laws in the matter of Digital goods belonging too the consumer over rules blizzards self imposed corporate fake law nonsense)

See if you can get back all the money for your main if you bought WoW, TBC, Wrath, Cata all seperately as they were released.
