[PB][H][JC/Alch/Ench/Insc] Ben's Big Shuffle Collection

Alright folks, it's time for me to finally release my profession profiles. I've been working on these for some time now and come to the conclusion that I have enough gold to last me for the rest of my WoW career, so I'm releasing these to the public. Using these profiles along with ARelog (and some setup and testing time), you can literally press 1 button every few days to get all of your gold just as I do now.

The goal of this profile is to take raw mining+herb mats and process them as much as possible using my personal collection of professions and recipes. I do not spend any time getting recipes because I don't think it's worth it given the economies I work with. This means I don't use any specific JC cuts nor glyphs. The professions I use are: Herbing, Mining, Jewelcrafting, Alchemy, Enchanting, and Inscription. My JC and Alchemist are the same char, and my herb/miner is the same char. If you have a different setup you'll need to tweak these scripts to your needs - do not ask in this thread for someone else to do it for you, everything you need is right within these scripts - figure it out. The characters will hereafter be refered to as Gatherer, Banker, JC, Alchemist, Chanter, and Scribe.

Alright, so on to the actual shuffle - here's the general flow of materials:

• Herb/Miner mails everything to Banker
• Banker grabs all mail, mails herbs to the scribe and ore to the JC. Banker also lists all applicable products on the auction house. Park him by any bank. Uses [PB] AH.xml.
• JCAlch grabs all mail and prospects all ore. All rare quality gems are mailed to the banker. Blue uncommons are vendored. Red uncommons are transmuted into inferno rubies. All other uncommons are crafted into BoEs and mailed to Chanter. Make sure you keep plenty of gold on this char for buying Jeweler's Settings. Carnellians get sent to Alchemist. Park him by the JC trainer in Org/SW.
• Alchemist transmutes Inferno Rubies and sends them to the banker. Park him by any mailbox. Make sure it's near an auction house if you've enabled the option to buy Heartblossom.
• Chanter grabs all mail, DEs all applicable items, then mails all raw chanting mats to Banker. Park him by any mailbox.
• Scribe grabs all mail, mills all herbs, then crafts both inks. Then the Scribe will turn all Blackfallow Inks into Mysterious Fortune Cards. Scribe then flips all fortune cards. Optional: convert all Blackfallow Ink into Inferno Ink. Inferno Ink is used to make Darkmoon Cards of Descruction. Optional: Inferno Ink and Volatile Life are used to craft blue BoEs for DE'ing. Cards and BoEs are then mailed to Banker. Park him by the inscription trainer in Org/SW.

The amount of profit you gain from these profiles will vary from server to server and also vary greatly depending on the gathering profiles you use (no, I'm not going to release my private gathering profiles quite yet). On a medium-to-high population realm I typically see a profit of 8-12k per day per account based on about 4 hours of gathering and 1.5-2 hours of crafting - all completely unattended and automatic via ARelog.

Quick Tips / Setup

I've gotten PMs on a few things that don't really pertain to the profiles but moreso ProfessionBuddy and ARelog. They are:

• How to prep your character for use with ARelog and PB. First, log into your char. Open up HB and log in. Select ProfessionBuddy as the bot. Click "Load Profile" in HB and select the profile. Then select Bot Config. Open up your profile. Select "Combat Bot" from the dropdown in the upper-right corner of PB. Click "Open" and open up the profile (yes, again). Close the PB config box. Close out of HB. In ARelog, set the Bot to "ProfessionBuddy" and leave the profile blank.
• Make sure you go into the Settings dialogs for the PB profiles and configure all settings on every character.
• Make sure you set your main Banker as your "Mail Recipient" in your HB settings.
• Mailing mats to the banker every 4 hours. I simply set my MinBagSlots in my profiles to a level (nice and high) that ensures that mats will be mailed at least once during the farming session. You'll need to do the math yourself as this varies depending on your realm and profile.

Example ARelog Schedule:

1. Char: Farmer. Bot: Gatherbuddy2. Profile: your preference. PB is not enabled for this char. Run time: 3.55 hours. MinBagSlots (set in your profile): 70 - I like to use max bag slots minus 40 for this.
2. Char: Banker. Bot: ProfessionBuddy. Profile: [PB] AH.xml loaded. Run time: 0.17 hours.
3. Char: JCAlch. Bot: ProfessionBuddy: Profile: [PB] Combined Shuffle.xml loaded. Run time: 0.6 hours.
4. Char: Scribe. Bot: ProfessionBuddy. Profile: [PB] Combined Shuffle.xml loaded. Run time: 0.8 hours.
5. Char: Enchanter. Bot: ProfessionBuddy. Profile: [PB] Combined Shuffle.xml loaded. Run time: 0.6 hours.
6. Char: Banker. Bot: ProfessionBuddy. Profile: [PB] AH.xml loaded. Run time: 0.17 hours.
7. Char: Idle. Run time: 17 hours.

I released these profiles because I've gotten to the point where I just click 1 button on ARelog every few days and I get crazy gold as all of my accounts run - meaning I'm personally set. I'll continue to update these profiles to fit my needs, but that does not mean that should limit the HB community. By all means, take this code, add your own spin to it, make it do completely different things - please just give me credit if you used a significant portion of what I wrote. I posted this code on the forum to benefit the community. PB (and HB) is an absolutely amazing tool that does not get enough attention in the community, partially, I believe, because people don't know what it can do for them. My hope with posting this code was to change that - everyone reading this can make some serious gold with no residual effort, just put in some time and learn to code PB scripts. Hell, with this code, you can add in some logic that will buy raw mats from the auction house and really pillage an economy - the options are endless. With that, enjoy!

Looking really good, will test and post back later today. One question, do the Herb/Miner, Banker, Alch/JC and Scribe/Chanter all have to be on separate accounts?

 

I haven't actually looked into the profiles yet, but I don't see any reason why the toons would have to be on seperate accounts for what he described to work. Now if you are asking for detection or safety of account reasons - that COULD be a different answer, but I don't see anything inherently risky in anything he mentioned... so I would think the answer would still be no...

Just my opinion though...

 

I run all of these chars on the same account myself, but as far as the profiles are concerned there's no limitation on one way or another. The profile does use mail (not guild bank) for transferring materials though. If you want to transfer materials via a guild bank you'll need to make a couple very minor modifications to the profiles.

First off, thank you very much for these profiles saves me a ton of time. I'm having a problem with the Ah profile. After it receives all the mail, mails it off to my toons, the log posts a wait time, and does nothing. It just afks. Anything I'm doing wrong?

 

The auction house profile isn't meant auction everything in your bags (though it's easily modifiable to do so. Just make sure you don't accidentally auction the 1kg and 5kg cards that come from your scribe). Only items applicable to the shuffle are in that profile: elementals, chanting mats, gems, and darkmoon cards. If you don't have any of those items in your bags it won't do anything. The auction house profile in general cycles through cancelling auctions, grabbing all mail, listing new auctions, and waiting a random time between 10 and 15 minutes - then repeats. I hope this helps.

Sorry for being very unclear in my post. It gets my mail to *full bags* sends it off, and posts all of the auctions. It waits the 10-15 minutes but doesn't resume to getting all my mail in my bags. It just afks out.

 

Only 1x cycle is performed per 10-15 minutes. 1 cycle consists of an auction cancelling, mail grab, and auction posting. Once you wait for the next cycle, does it still not grab the rest of the mail? Or were you hoping it would loop through all of your mail all regardless of amount every cycle?

Oh I see. When I run this profile, I only like it to do 1 cycle per 3-4 hours, so that's how I schedule it with ARelog. If you're getting logged off for being AFK, change the following line:
