Perma Ban (1st Ban ever)

I just got banned out of nothing - I'm actually a pretty safe botter but apparently it just happened.
At the moment I'm at work so as soon as I'm back home, I try to get my account back.

Absolutely not

I'm rarely using the Auction House

Do you have any observations about the event you'd like to share?
I really have no clue how this ban happened.
I'm always supervising my bot and mostly just using Enyo without movement


I just got the email that my account got perma ban.
If there really was someone who reported me then a 72h ban would be absolutely fine for me but instant perma ban seems a little
bit hard in my eyes.
