1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account?
I used the built in gatherbuddy2 and a multizone profile with it.

2)If so, when was the last time?:
      Yesterday stopped about 10pm CST.

      3)What profile were you using?:
      [GB2][AIO][PVP-safed][Neutral][Multi zone]TJF - VoTFW - K-LS

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:
      Default: Druid

      5)What plugins are you using?:
      All the standard HB plugins.

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
Botted pretty heavily knowing I could get banned for it. Just reactivated this account in the last 2 days and went straight for ore and herbs.

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
50%, I'd say some was done at night, some when i was in class from 9am-1pm. When I was home however I would monitor it and even have a buddy in group with me chatting it up.

7)How many auctions per day did you have?:
0 I didn't AH with this toon, I dumped it all in my gbank and from there, my other account would take what I needed.

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?
      No

9)Was your account involved in gold selling?
      No

      10)EU or US realm?
      US

11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account?
It was paid for, unsubd, then bought game time 2 days ago.

      ***NOTICE OF LICENSE TERMINATION***

      Account: WOW1
Offense: Use of Bots or Third-Party Automation Software

Blizzard has terminated this World of Warcraft license after identifying the usage of bots or other cheat software.

These programs (commonly called cheats, bots, and hacks) automate certain aspects of gameplay, or provide unintended advantages and abilities to the player. This type of cheating undermines other players' experience and severely upsets the balance of the game environment.

Blizzard reserves the right to terminate access for conduct of this nature, with or without warning, as noted in the World of Warcraft Terms of Use:
Blizzard Entertainment:World of Warcraft Terms of Use

This page contains details on how suspensions are appealed and reviewed:

      Regards,
      Blizzard Entertainment

This is pretty much a general email I have seen be given out. I know my heavy use was going to end up getting me banned I just didn't know when.

My question is, Are there certain ways to appeal a perma ban? I don't want to use up my three chances and end up getting nothing done.

Just keep it up with appeals!
Sometimes they lift it up after 6-7 tries.

Here is the result! One appeal :)

      Greetings

Thank you again for contacting support today -

Due to a second thorough review of the circumstances involved in this account action, we have made the decision to modify the previously communicated penalty.

The account is now under temporary suspension of 72 hours from this date and time. At this time 4:35 central time on 7/7 you will be able to log back into the account and play.

Please take a few moments to look over the World of Warcraft Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment:World of Warcraft Terms of Use), which all players agree to upon initially logging into the game.

Also keep in mind that some addons that may help auto loot times can have cheats in the code that is against terms of use.

This additional review took into consideration a variety of factors including the history and standing of this account. Please understand that should another incident arise in the future, it is possible that a different outcome will be reached.

I don't even see how that would be cheating since auto-loot is a game built-in feature
