Submitted a ticket and got it switched to 72 hours. It's an account I don't mind losing, but most of my gold comes from professions now so not sure if I'll run GB anymore. I logged an appeal ticket just asking what happened to my account. This was the first response and my perma ban got switched to 72 hour band. I was able to get it overturned. This will completely roll off in 72 hours. Thank you for your patience.
