It was a Friday on the end of march 2013. I set my gatherbuddy up at about 6:30 am starting in jade forest and running through most zones in pandara. Collecting herbs and ore. No auctions just mailing to alts and selling to vendors. It was about 9:00pm when I shut it down. I didn't check anything just logged in mid flight. Sat morning I went to log on and I got the ban message. I checked the email and there it was telling me I was caught using the 3rd party programs and so forth. I have other accounts that I checked and they were fine. I was a little depressed and stopped playing until I logged an account Friday before memorial day.my gamming friend convinced me to open an appeal. I did so that Sunday. I told them that I spent alot af time and 1000s of quest to get the little bit that I have to get the characters I have. I told them that in the winter I don't work much so I spend my time playing games and at times it 18 hours a day which my wife don't like much. Then I told them I spent a week leveling herb so that my friend could make me a dragon mount. Told them I spent all day after maxing herb hearing what I need. Please reconsider you ban I pleaded. To my surprise on Monday (memorial day) I received my answer. The account was unbanned and the gm also threw some jokes in the email with my answer. Weee. I want to play again. So the unban can happen.
