US 11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? Paid Account was perma-banned for botting, this is the first time I've been banned and this is my only account. I would like some help with my appeal, I know that I shouldn't have botted for such a long period of time but since I only do it once every 3-4 weeks I didn't think anything of it.
